Menopause

The climacteric describes those life section of women, which caused a series of mental and physical changes by altering the body's hormone production. Comparative studies have shown that the menopause (mood swings, breast voltages, bloated feeling, night sweats) almost never occur in Asian women. A comparison of Asian and European women's eating habits revealed that Japanese, Thai and Chinese women consume permanent plant hormones (Phytoestrogens) through the regular consumption of soy products. The consumption of this plant hormones has now identified as a main factor for the absence of climacteric complaints among Asian women.
