Vitamin A

Vitamin A should be taken in form of beta-carotene. This can avoid an overdose of vitamin A.

This food contain lots of vitamin A:
beef liver, cod liver oil, eggs, butter, whole milk

This food contain lots of beta-carotene:
carrots, parsley, sweet potatoes, spinach, melons, apricots, peaches, fennel, chard.

The recommended daily vitamin A intake is according to DACH for men 3300 IU and 2600 IU for women.
