Stable bones and cartilage require more than just calcium. Microelements such as copper, manganese, fluoride, vitamin D3 and vitamin K promote the activity of bone-forming cells. The musculoskeletal system therefore needs a complex of vitamins and trace elements that are adequate for their needs in order to promote the formation of a dense and at the same time elastic bone matrix. In addition, certain lifestyle habits (for example, stress, increased physical activity) or nutritional misconduct (too much animal products, white flour products or alcohol) provoke an excessive formation of acids. In the long run, this type of "hyperacidity" leads to an increased consumption of basic reserves from our bones. This base plundering can have a negative effect on the structure and function of connective tissue, joints and bones.

Intake recommendation
Stir 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon (= approx. 18 g) OSSPURA MILD oral powder into ¼ l of tap water twice a day and drink. OSSPURA MILD Oral Powder should be taken at bedtime or 2 hours after the last meal. OSSPURA MILD oral powder should not be dissolved in carbonated mineral water, fruit juice or other acidic beverages.
