In addition to their support functions, cartilage and bone substance also have to absorb mechanical strains. That is why bones, and especially the cartilage also contain a high proportion of elastic connecting tissue (collagen). These elastic fibres consist of glucosamines, chondroitins and sulphuric organic compounds, among others. Thereby vitamin C plays a central role. It contributes towards normal collagen synthesis as the basis for a normal cartilage and bone function.

Tendons and ligaments are the collagenic structures that connect our muscles with the moving parts of the skeleton, the joints. They can be subjected to enormous mechanical strains at times. Therefore tendons and ligaments also contain these collagenic elements. Ascorbic acid and the trace elements copper and manganese, in particular, contribute towards the normal synthesis of connecting tissue.

Gutes Produkt!

Nehme seit ca. 4 Monaten diese Kapseln. Auf Anordnung des Arztes 4 Stk. täglich. Meine kleinen immer wiederkehrenden Bänder - und Sehnenschwächen im Bereich des Knöchels sind verschwunden. Bin sehr zufrieden damit. Der Preis erschreckt erstmal, aber man kommt bei normaler Dosis von 3 Stk. ein halbes Jahr aus und dann relativiert er sich. Habe schon einmal nachbestellt und werde wahrscheinlich dabei bleiben.

Nachdem ich diese Kapseln etwa 3 Wochen genommen habe wurden meine Symptome merklich weniger. Schwitze nun viel weniger bis gar nicht mehr. Werde Sie laut meinem Arzt aber weiterhin einnehmen. Danke für die schnelle Lieferung und die tollen zugaben. Bis bald!
