Cosmoterra Osspura "Standard" Oral Powder
Dietary supplement with basic calcium, potassium and magnesium and bone-stimulating micronutrients.
Stable bones and cartilage require more than just calcium. Microelements such as copper, manganese, fluoride, vitamin D3 and vitamin K promote the activity of bone-forming cells. The musculoskeletal system therefore requires a complex of adequate vitamins and trace elements in order to promote the formation of a dense and at the same time elastic bone matrix. In addition, certain lifestyle habits (e.g. stress, increased physical activity) or nutritional errors (too much animal products, white flour products or alcohol) provoke excessive acid formation. In the long term, this type of “acidification” leads to an increased consumption of alkaline reserves from our bones. This base plunder can have a negative impact on the structure and function of connective tissue, joints and bones.

Recommended intake
Stir 1 slightly heaped measuring spoon (= approx. 18 g) of OSSPURA oral powder into 1/4 l of tap water twice a day and drink. OSSPURA Oral Powder should be taken at bedtime or within 2 hours of the last meal. OSSPURA Oral Powder should not be dissolved in carbonated mineral water, fruit juice or other acidic drinks.
The simultaneous use of anticoagulants (coumarin type) should only be taken in consultation with the treating doctor.
