Recommended use
2 x weekly 2 slightly heaped measuring spoons (= approx. 26 g) BASENFIT BATH in a moderately tempered full bath and take a full bath for 30 minutes – without the use of soaps or shower gels. Massage the body 3 times intensively with a massage brush under water. After the bath also do not use soap or shower gel. Also suitable for wraps, packs or partial baths.

Notes
How much a base bath is suitable for deacidification the body can be made visible by a simple test: Get an indicator paper at the pharmacy (with the measuring range from pH 4 to 9). Dip an indicator stick in the base bath before lying down in the bath. Repeat the pH test after your 30-minute full bath. You will see that the pH of your base bath has decreased, so the bath has become more "acidic". This is the amount of acid your body has released through the skin during the 30-minute full bath.

fühlt sich gut an

brauche eine äußerliche hautpflege zu meinen bekannten hautproblemen. hier ist ein wenig zeolith dabei und das ist sehr gut.

Wohltuendes Bad

2x die Woche gönne ich mir ein Basenbad und das entpsannt sehr gut und ich fühle mich damit sehr wohl. Man sollte das Wasser nur temporiert wählen, nicht zu heiß und danach nur abtrocknen, kein Duschgel oder dergleichen verwenden. Viel Erfolg!
