Dietary supplement with probiotics and prebiotic for healthy digestion.

Unique probiotic bacterial mixture with 13 different strains in evenly distributed concentration (i.e. 7,692*109CFU/g). Inulin, of course, in topinambur or the chicory root, serves as food for beneficial gut bacteria (prebiotic).

The following 13 strains of bacteria are included
L. acidophilus (LA1), L. bulgaricus (LB2), L. casei (LC03), L. salviarius (LS04), L. paracasei (102,500 37), L. rhamnosus (LR1), L. plantarum (14D), B. longumssp. Infantis (Bi-26), B. animalisssp. Lactis (Bi1), B. longum (BL21), B. breve (Bbr8), B. bifidum (BB04), St. thermophilus (Z57).

Recommended dosage
Take 2x1 capsule daily 1/2 hour before meals with plenty of liquid.

Tut gut und ist gut

Meine Beschwerden haben sich nach einigen Tagen schon gebessert. Werde das Produkt jetzt einmal wie empfohlen einige Monate durchnehmen, damit sich mein Darmbakterien richtig aufbauen können.
