ORGANIC - VEGAN - GLUTEN FREE
That's how it works:
Preheat the oven to 200° top/bottom heat. Pour my favorite mixture into a bowl. Prepare 500 ml warm water and 1 – 2 tsp salt of your choice.
Add salt and stir. Add water and mix vigorously with a FORK.
No food processor necessary!
Then pour the dough into a coated loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes. Allow to cool briefly and turn out of the mold. Eat away quickly, or freeze slices!
It is best to store them in butter paper or beeswax cloth. Tastes just as delicious toasted!
Tip!
Buns are also made quickly. Simply form approx. 6 to 8 rolls of the same size with wet hands and sprinkle with sesame or sunflower seeds.
Off in the oven for only 25-30 minutes.
