A balanced acid/base balance of our organism is an elementary basis for health and well-being. One-sided diet, permanent stress, lack of sleep, nicotine, alcohol, foreign substances (xenobiotics) and long-term medications lead to imbalances in the acid/base balance due to acidification. In addition to eliminating the stressful factors, a base-rich diet and the targeted supply of alkaline nutrients are the most effective measures to get the acid/base balance back into balance. On the one hand, base powders consist of basic electrolytes that serve to neutralize metabolic acids. On the other hand, high-quality base powders also provide micronutrients that reduce the excessive formation of cell acids.

Recommended intake
In the afternoon or evening before going to bed, stir a measuring spoon (= about 8 g) of the powder into 1/4 l of tap water (or still mineral water) and drink by sip. BASENFIT Oral Powder should be taken at intervals of 2 hours after the last meal and before the next meal.

Notes
BASENFIT Oral Powder can be taken in the morning, afternoon or evening before bedtime. However, in order not to interfere with digestion, a time interval to meals of 1.5 to 2 hours is recommended. Taking it in the evening supports the detoxification performance of the liver.

Exzellente Zusammensetzung

Produkt wurde nach telefonischer Beratung super schnell geliefert. Tut mit sehr gut und der Geschmack ist auf sehr angenehm, leicht nach Banane. Schmeckt nicht so nach PUlver wie übliche Basenpulvermischungen. Trinke ich am Abned vor dem Schlafengehen.
