High-quality lecithin is an important building block of all cells and neurons and is therefore indispensable for everyone. Lecithin belongs to the group of phospholipids, important biological compounds consisting of (highly unsaturated) fatty acids, glycerin, phosphoric acid and choline. Phospholipids are an elementary component of all cell membranes, especially brain, nerve and liver cells. The high-quality amino acid choline is a biological precursor that allows our body to form the relaxing messenger acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a major neurotransmitter and anctother of the stress hormone adrenaline. Choline intake improves stress tolerance and stress resistance. The vitamins of the B complex are elementary bio-tools for the metabolism of the brain and nerves. In this way, memory and concentration are improved in a natural way. Smooth communication between cells, but also the functionality and lifespan of liver cells depend to a large part of lecithin supplies. In addition, lecithin promotes the degradation of the vessel-damaging homocysteine.

Cosmoterra Lecithin Plus powder has been developed by nutrition professionals. It contains sunflower lecithin as well as micronutrients for nerve, fat and liver metabolism.

Recommended intake
Once a day, dissolve a slightly heaped measuring spoon (= approx. 10 g) in 1/8 liter of (vegetable) milk or water and drink. For better solubility, it is recommended to stir in the powder with an e-beater.

0.2mg vitamin B1 (thiamine, *15%), 0.2mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin, *15%), 2.4mg vitamin B3 (niacin, *15%), 30mg vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid, *500%), 0.2mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxole), 7.5ug vitamin B7 (biotin, *15%), 30ug vitamin B9 (folic acid, *15%), 0.4ug vitamin B12 (cobalamine, *15%), 24mg vitamin E (*200%), 7g Sunflower lecithin contains 1.7g phosphatidylcholine contains 1.3g phosphatidylinositol contains 0.8g contains phosphatidylethanolamine, 1.2g inositol (partly from sunflower lecithin), 345mg choline (partly from sunflower lecithin).

Special notes
The Cosmoterra LECITHIN PLUS powder is added to the silica for technical reasons. As a result, the powder does not stick and remains doseable. The disease silicosis is caused exclusively by increased INHALation of crystalline fine dust of silicon dioxide (also known as dust lung disease). Silicosis is a typical occupational disease of miners. Oral intake of silica in Cosmoterra LECITHIN PLUS does not lead to silicosis.

Choleterin erfolgreich gesenkt
