Cosmoterra Vitamin D3 drops

Dietary supplement with vitamin D3 for bones, teeth and immune system.

In the summer months, the body itself is able to produce vitamin D3. The upper arms and face must be exposed to sunlight for at least half an hour every day. However, it is not only the climate in Central Europe that leads to the fact that we often get too few rays of sunshine for weeks, but also the fact that many people do their work in closed rooms every day. According to the Austrian Nutrition Report 2017, vitamin D3 is one of the risk nutrients in the general population. No age group reaches the intake recommendations through food or the sun.

Take 1-2 drops daily.

Notes
Vitamin D3 is one of the fat-soluble vitamins. Therefore, Cosmoterra VITAMIN D3 drops should not be taken with water, but with fatty foods (sandwich, milk, yogurt) or fasting.

Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and the recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A varied and balanced diet as well as a healthy lifestyle are of great importance. Store in a dry place and not above room temperature and out of reach of children.

Meim Immunsystem ist spürbar gestärkt

Bin mit den Vitamin D Tropfen sehr zufrieden. Nehme schon über einen längeren Zeitraum 4 Tropfen und fühle mich gut dabei. War früher öfters anfällig für Erkältungen und seither nichts mehr gehabt. Außerdem super Preis !
