Dietary supplement with broccoli extract BroccoRaphanin®.

Broccoli belongs to the cruciferous vegetables from the Brassicaceae family, such as cauliflower (cauliflower), kohlrabi, pak choi and all other types of cabbage, but also cress, watercress and nasturtium, rocket, radish, radishes, horseradish (horseradish), rapeseed and mustard. Because the cruciferous vegetables contain fantastic substances - there is no other way to put it - that can give each and every one of us a new perspective for a long, healthy life. A wishful thinking? No, there is something in the mustard oil glycosides of cruciferous vegetables, the most important representative of which is sulforaphane. It is found primarily in broccoli and - even more abundantly - in broccoli sprouts and broccoli seeds or can be taken in the form of broccoli extract in controlled daily amounts.
