The Mexican wild Yams is a popular "force-root" of South America. There are around 600 different Yams varieties, which are mainly used as food. Because of its many good qualities, Yams extract is also required as a nutritional supplement.
Recommendation for use
Take 2x 1 capsule daily with liquid. Do not take in the evening.
