Question about item
When the power fades on the last set – and mixing powder is the last thing you want
Six small capsules a day give you 4.5 g of pure creatine in Creapure® quality – pre-measured, vegan, and free of shakers, scoops and clumps in the glass.
The decisive moment in a workout often lasts only seconds – the final sprint, the heavy set, the explosive start. And it is exactly there, where things turn short and hard, that the muscle runs out of fast energy first.
That energy comes from ATP. Creatine is stored in the muscle cell as creatine phosphate and helps to regenerate ATP more quickly during short, intense effort. Taking creatine regularly tops up these stores – the prerequisite is a daily intake of 3 g.
The raw material is Creapure®, a creatine monohydrate made in Germany and known for its purity. It is listed on the Cologne List®, which screens sports products for contamination with doping substances – something many competitive athletes care about.
Take 3 capsules twice daily, unchewed, with sufficient liquid.
Nutrition facts per daily portion (6 capsules)
| Nutrient | Amount |
|---|---|

| – of which creatine | 4.5 g |
Trade name: Food supplement with creatine monohydrate (Creapure®)
Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate (Creapure®) (87.8%), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell)
Net quantity: 240 capsules (232 g)
Why creatine monohydrate and not another form?
Monohydrate is the longest and most widely researched form of creatine. It is chemically stable, well documented, and exactly the form the authorised EU statement on physical performance refers to. Newer forms often sound more modern but rarely show a measurable advantage in studies.
Do I need a loading phase?
A loading phase with very high starting doses is not necessary. Creatine stores also fill up with a steady daily intake, just a little more slowly. What matters is consistency, not a fast start.
⚠️ Mandatory information: This product is intended for adults performing intense muscular effort. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.

💬 Frequently asked questions
-
How many capsules do I take per day?+Three capsules twice a day, so six in total. This daily portion delivers 4.5 g of creatine, which is above the 3 g needed for the authorised statement.
-
The capsules look fairly large – hard to swallow?+At around 23 mm the capsules are noticeably large, because they hold a lot of pure creatine. Take them with a full glass of water, one at a time. If that feels too big, the powder version is the easier route.
-
Capsules or powder – which suits me?+Both use the same Creapure® raw material. Capsules are pre-measured and handy on the go. Powder is cheaper per gram and more flexible to dose. A question of routine, not of effect.
-
Is this product vegan?+Yes. The creatine is produced by fermentation and contains no animal-derived raw materials. The capsule shell is made from plant-based hydroxypropyl methylcellulose rather than gelatine.
-
When during the day should I take creatine?+Timing is secondary. What counts is taking your portion every day – on training and rest days alike. Many people split it, three capsules in the morning and three in the evening.
