Why three protein sources instead of one?
Plant proteins have different strengths depending on the source. Pea protein delivers plenty of lysine but is short on methionine — sunflower protein balances that out. Soy protein isolate contributes a broad amino acid spectrum as the base. Combined, the powder reaches 8.0 g of leucine per 100 g of protein — the amino acid that gets the most attention in strength training. Fruity with a light tang, like you know it from fruit yoghurt — that comes from the malic acid. The sweetness is mild and comes from sucralose, not from added sugar.

Is the powder gluten-free?+
Yes, the manufacturer lists Vegan 3K Protein as gluten-free. No gluten-containing ingredient appears in the ingredient list.

I can't tolerate soya — is this product suitable for me?+
No. Soy protein isolate is the main ingredient — if you have a soya allergy or deliberately avoid soya, this powder is not the right choice. The shop also stocks protein powders based on other sources.

With a plant-based drink the shake turns fuller and creamier, with water it stays lighter. Remember to add the drink's own nutritional values.
