Question about item
22 g of protein after training – no dairy, no chalk on the tongue
Vegan 3K by nutri+ puts three plant proteins and low-fat cocoa into one shaker. Smooth rather than gritty, and free from anything animal-derived.
The first sip decides everything. Anyone who has tried a plant protein that coats the palate like fine sand puts the pouch away within a fortnight. It is rarely discipline that fails – it is the taste. And if you skip dairy, your options for a post-workout protein are narrower to begin with.
Here the flavour work is done by low-fat cocoa powder at 13% of the recipe – real cocoa rather than a flavouring dusted onto a neutral base. The three protein sources are finely milled isolates that disperse through 350–400 ml of liquid instead of settling at the bottom of the bottle. Sweetening comes from sucralose, and no sugar is added.
Behind the formulation sits Nutrition-Plus Germany in Grafschaft – a brand that keeps its entire range plant-based. Batches are examined microbiologically by an independent German laboratory and analysed for heavy metals. The outcome exists as a test certificate, not as an advertising line.
Pour 350–400 ml of liquid into a shaker and add 30 g of powder (about 3 heaped tablespoons). Shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. Ideally consume after your workout. We recommend a plant-based drink.

Trade name: Instant powder for the preparation of a protein-rich drink with sweetener and chocolate flavour.
Ingredients: Soy protein isolate, low-fat cocoa powder (13%), pea protein isolate, sunflower protein, flavour, sweetener (sucralose).
Net quantity: 1000 g (33 servings)
Why three protein sources instead of one?
Every plant protein has a weak spot in its amino acid pattern. Pea protein delivers plenty of lysine but runs short on the sulphur-containing amino acids methionine and cysteine. Sunflower protein is stronger exactly there. Soy brings a naturally balanced pattern and lifts the overall protein content. Together they declare 7.6 g of leucine and 16.1 g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) per 100 g of protein – so the "3K" stands for three complementary raw materials, not for marketing.
Where does 0.72 g of salt per serving come from?
The salt content is exclusively due to the presence of naturally occurring sodium – no salt is added. When protein isolates are produced, the plant protein is dissolved in a slightly alkaline medium and then neutralised, which leaves sodium in the finished powder. A figure of this size is therefore normal for isolates and is not a sign of a salted product.
⚠️ Mandatory information: Contains soy. The nutrient content of the raw materials is subject to natural fluctuations. When preparing with a plant-based drink, please consider its additional nutritional values. The filling level is due to technical reasons: after filling, air escapes and the powder loses volume.
📦 Storage: Store protected from warmth, sunlight and humidity.
💬 Frequently asked questions
-
Does the powder taste gritty or chalky?+This is where many plant proteins fall down. Here the 13% cocoa content and the fine milling of the raw materials carry the texture. With 350–400 ml of liquid and a firm shake you get a smooth drink. Use less liquid and it thickens – for a creamier result, choose an oat or soy drink instead of water.
-
Is plant protein enough for a growth in muscle mass?+Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass and contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass – whether it comes from plants or from milk. What matters is the amount and a complete amino acid pattern. One serving covers both, with 22 g of protein and all nine essential amino acids.
-
What should I mix it with?+A plant-based drink is recommended – oat, soy or almond all work with the chocolate flavour. Water works just as well and keeps the calories lower. You can also stir the powder into porridge, yoghurt alternatives or pancake batter.
-
Does it contain milk or lactose?+No. There is no milk-derived ingredient in the list – the protein comes entirely from soy, pea and sunflower. Soy is the only declared allergen.
-
Why does it contain soy at all?+Soy protein isolate has the most balanced amino acid pattern among plant proteins and a very high protein content. Without it, 73 g of protein per 100 g would be hard to reach from pea and sunflower alone. If you want or need to avoid soy, a soy-free powder is the better choice.
-
How long does one pouch last?+1000 g gives you 33 servings of 30 g. At one shake per training day and three to four sessions a week, that lasts roughly two months. A measuring spoon helps if you would rather not carry scales in your gym bag.
