Three myths we often hear

“PANMOL is just ground quinoa.”
Fact: The quinoa seeds germinate in a nutrient solution containing vitamins and absorb them as they sprout. Only then are they dried and ground. That is why every pack states fixed amounts per daily dose.
Myth 2
“With B vitamins, more is always better.”
Fact: Mood Plus provides 7.9 mg of vitamin B6 a day, Osspura Mild another 4.2 mg. Together that is already above 12 mg, the EFSA upper limit. If you combine products, add up the amounts.
Myth 3
“You can stir an alkaline powder into any drink.”
Fact: Osspura Mild belongs in tap water, not in sparkling mineral water, fruit juice or other acidic drinks. Cosmoterra recommends taking it before bedtime or 2 hours after your last meal.

Magnesium: mind the upper limit
EFSA sets 250 mg a day as the upper limit for magnesium from food supplements; above that, some people get loose stools. Magnesium Plus provides 301 mg, Osspura Mild 375 mg. So do not combine them with each other or with other magnesium products.
