Question about item
When training travels, recovery should travel too
POWERSPORTS® RELOAD in a 30-sachet box — pre-portioned for training camps, trips and race days. Same formulation as the 600 g tub, by Austrian manufacturer Cosmoterra.
A training camp abroad. Race day after a long drive. A business trip with an evening hotel gym session. If you train away from home regularly, you know the dilemma: the recovery routine that works at home falls apart on the road — short on space, short on hygiene, missing the scoop.
That's what the sachet format addresses. A 10 g daily serving per sachet, sealed clean — fits in any trouser pocket, bottle side pocket or jersey back pocket. Tear, mix into 250 ml of water, done. The formulation is identical to the 600 g tub: alkalising minerals, B-vitamins at 300 % NRV per daily serving, seven trace elements and carbohydrates from sucrose, fructose and maltodextrin.
The formulation comes from Cosmoterra in Unternberg — an Austrian manufacturer focused on ambitious amateur and elite sport. The combination and dosage of micronutrients is matched to the body's recovery cycle — drawing on current findings in nutrition and sports science. POWERSPORTS® RELOAD undergoes regular checks for selected doping substances.
Dissolve one sachet (approx. 10 g) in 250 ml of water. Drink POWERSPORTS® RELOAD only AFTER you finish your physical activity — not during.

When do sachets make sense, and when does the 600 g tub?
The sachets shine in situations short on space, hygiene or a measuring scoop — training camps, race days, business trips, sessions in your lunch break. If you train at home regularly, the 600 g tub works out cheaper per serving and produces less packaging. Many athletes combine both: the tub at home, a handful of sachets in the training bag.
What do alkalising minerals do in a sports drink?
Minerals such as magnesium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate and calcium carbonate are metabolised on the alkaline side — they supply cations like magnesium, potassium and calcium without acid-forming counter-ions. You'll find the exact amount per serving in the "by the numbers" panel above. Particularly relevant after long, intense exertion, when the body's acid–base balance has been challenged.
⚠️ Mandatory information: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children. If you are taking anticoagulants of the coumarin type, please consult your doctor before use.
📦 Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Best before: see imprint.
💬 Frequently asked questions
-
When exactly should I drink POWERSPORTS® RELOAD?+Only AFTER you finish your physical activity. Dissolve one sachet (approx. 10 g) in 250 ml of water. During exertion stick to water or a classic iso-drink — RELOAD takes over afterwards.
-
How do I open a sachet cleanly?+Tear the sachet along the perforated edge — no scissors needed, just your fingers. Pour straight into 250 ml of water or into your filled bottle and shake briefly. Dispose of the empty sachet in residual waste or plastic recycling, depending on your local rules.
-
What does RELOAD taste like?+The formulation contains acidity regulator citric acid, a natural flavouring and carbohydrates from sucrose, fructose and maltodextrin. Sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin are added as sweeteners. If you prefer it cooler, chill the water for ten minutes before stirring in the sachet.
-
How long does a 30-sachet box last?+One box contains 30 sachets — i.e. 30 servings. At twice a week, that's just under four months; at three times a week, around ten weeks; at daily use, about one month.
-
Is RELOAD only for elite athletes?+No. The formulation is matched to the body's recovery cycle after exertion — that applies just as much to dedicated recreational runners, cyclists and strength trainers as to competitive athletes. If you sweat regularly and finish training with heavy legs, you're in the target audience.
-
What should I watch out for if I'm on medication?+RELOAD contains vitamin K1 and K2. If you take blood-thinning medication of the coumarin type (such as Marcoumar or Sintrom), please consult your doctor before use. Vitamin K can affect the action of these medicines.
