anatis Cistus tea organic
Cistus incanus or cistrose grows in the Mediterranean and produces rose-like delicate flowers. Its leaves and buds have a resinous, sticky surface known in ancient times as Labdanum.
Preparation
Brew 1 tablespoon of cistus tea (approx. 3 g) with 500 ml of boiling water and leave to draw for 5 minutes. With prolonged pulling, the tea becomes bitter. Gives 2 to 3 cup
