Skin

Our skin is exposed to increased stress due to stress, environmental influences and frequent food consumption. The texture of the surface of the body accurately reflects the general condition. The skin is the largest organ of our body with an area of 1.6 to 2 m². It surrounds the entire organism and represents a protective layer of the body from harmful influences from outside such as harmful bacteria, viruses and chemicals. The skin also protects the body by its elasticity and the fat under the skin from mechanical effects such as e.g. pressure and is significantly involved in the regulation of body temperature. The skin cells of our body are newly formed at a distance of two to three weeks.
