Question about item
1.2 g of organic shiitake a day, filled capsule by capsule by hand
anatis Shiitake BIO is pure mushroom powder from organic farming, filled into capsules made from plant cellulose.
Shiitake has become a kitchen regular next to the button mushroom: fresh in a stir-fry, dried in a broth. Its name tells you where it comes from. “Shii” is a Japanese tree of the beech family, and “take” means mushroom.
If you would like shiitake as part of your routine without cooking it every day, the powder is the simple option. The dried organic mushroom is finely ground and filled into capsules made from plant cellulose, by hand in Austria and without additives. The brand behind it is anatis Naturprodukte from Mogersdorf in southern Burgenland.
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with liquid.

Fresh mushroom or powder: what is the difference?
