The vital mushroom Fu ling is also called Wolfiporia extensa or Poria cocos and belongs to the polypores. The mushroom is a jewel of TCM, but is also native to Japan, Australia and the USA. It thrives best under pine trees, which has earned it the further name "pine fungus". He has a confusing number of other names and mostly lives hidden underground. It is known by the Native Americans as the "Tuckahoe". With its brown skin on the outside and hard, white interior, its subterranean part, the sclerotium, resembles a small coconut, which is why "coconut fungus" is also a common name.

Consumption recommendation
Consume 2 x 1 caps up to 2 x 2 caps daily with liquid.
