The African black bean (griffonia simplicifolia) is naturally rich in 5-htp. The maca (root) tuber from the highlands of South America is naturally rich in nutrients. Balm (melissa) is naturally rich in essential oils (lemon-like smell), tannins, silymarin, flavonoids, caféic acid compounds, bitter substances and rosemary acid. The passion flower (passiflora) is naturally rich in alkaloids, flavonoids (among others chrysin) and saponins.
