Apart from some disease (Thyroid underactive, cushing's syndrome, brain tumours) there are generally primarily two main causes for obesity: lack of exercise and bad food or drinking behavior. Millions of people in Central Europe grappled with low-fat diet, sugar substitutes and diets through the daily life - without success. Why? No, because they generally, too much food, but because they consume too little by the right and too much from the wrong. A lower supply of high-quality vegetable oils (!) can provoke obesity as well as too much protein or a lack of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The relationship of metabolism are too complex to treat it in detail at this point.
