My favorite mix. A natural and fiber-rich organic bread mix.
A tasty BREAD that spoils you with delicious regional ingredients and that you can conjure up at home stress-free, without buying ingredients, without a food processor, without a lot of waste and with a guarantee of success.
Hemp seeds and the flour from the whole spelled grain give the bread a great nutty taste! Enjoy without yeast and without additives.
- Wholemeal spelled flour and spelled flour provide you with valuable minerals and are well tolerated due to the delicate fiber structure.
- Hemp flour and hemp seeds from Styria spoil you with a nutty taste and are rich in vitamins and healthy fats.

That's how it works:
Bread baking with guaranteed success:
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Pour my favorite mixture into a bowl. Prepare 450 ml of lukewarm water and 1-2 teaspoons of salt.
Add salt, stir. Add water and stir vigorously with a fork.
Pour the dough into a coated/greased loaf tin/or line the loaf tin with baking paper, then you can easily lift the bread out after baking.
Put in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes.
Allow to cool briefly and turn out of the mold. Eat away quickly, or freeze slices!
Tip!
It is best to store them in butter paper or beeswax cloth (available in the SHOP). Tastes just as delicious toasted!
