Incense is used successfully in the Indian ayurvedic system of medicine already for a long time. Recent studies have shown that the boswellic acids contained in the incense selectively intervene in the inflammatory process.

Recommendation for use
Consume 1x 1 capsule daily with or shortly after a meal with water.
