A balanced acid/base balance in our organism is a fundamental basis for health and well-being. Unbalanced nutrition, constant stress, lack of sleep, nicotine, alcohol, foreign substances (xenobiotics) and long-term medication lead to imbalances in the acid/base balance due to overacidification. In addition to eliminating the stressful factors, an alkaline diet and the targeted intake of alkaline nutrients are the most effective measures for getting the acid/base balance back into balance. Base powders consist of alkaline electrolytes, which serve to neutralize metabolic acids. On the other hand, high-quality alkaline powders also provide micronutrients that reduce excessive formation of cell acids.

Recommended dosage
In the afternoon or evening before going to bed, stir a level measuring spoon (= approx. 4 g) of the powder into 1/4 l of tap water (or still mineral water) and drink in small sips. BASENFIT Oral Powder should be taken at intervals of 2 hours after the last meal and before the next meal.

Notes
BASENFIT Oral Powder can be taken in the morning, afternoon or evening before going to bed. However, in order not to impair digestion, a time interval of 1.5 to 2 hours from meals is recommended. Taking it in the evening supports the liver's detoxification performance.
