Dietary supplement with hawthorn leaves and flowers traditionally processed into extract.

The twisted wood of the hawthorn tree was called "krateios" (firm, strong) by the Greeks, from which the botanical name Crataegus emerged. In fact, the hawthorn has an almost indomitable vitality, as specimens that are over 1200 years old show. A power that also passes on to whoever uses its flowers and leaves? Many myths surround the tree or shrub native to Europe that protectively surrounded Sleeping Beauty's castle. Flowers and leaves are used as extracts as dietary supplements. Unfortunately, it is not possible to say how the phenomenal hawthorn works with a dietary supplement.

Ich nehme die Magnesium Kapseln von Optiolex schon eine zeitlang ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Seither keine Krämpfe und Muskelzucken mehr. 1 Kapsel war zuwenig. Mit 2 Kapseln , manchmal 3 Kapseln am Tag verteilt, war es gut. Hab schon einiges ausprobiert, aber diese sind hilfreich
