Robert Franz L-Tryptophan 150 Capsules
Dietary supplement with the essential amino acid L-tryptophan.
Tryptophan was discovered in 1901. It is a precursor of nicotinic acid (also niacin: vitamin B3). Vitamin B3 is fundamental for the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
L-tryptophan is one of the aromatic, essential amino acids and occurs in significant quantities e.B. in meat, anchovies, eggs, dairy products, legumes and nuts. Plant foods are difficult to cover the daily requirement for L-tryptophan.
Adults consume 1 capsule with plenty of water on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal.
Bottled in the high-quality original MIRON violet glass!
Nutritional values per daily dose (=1 capsule)
