Question about item
Greens you can stir, not chop: spinach, broccoli and two algae in a single scoop
FASZIEN-DETOX is a powder from the Austrian brand Cosmoterra. It combines leafy greens, microalgae and beetroot with sunflower lecithin and two plant enzymes, and you simply mix it into a glass of water once a day.
Think about the last time you ate two big handfuls of spinach and a side of broccoli on the same day. For most of us, busy weeks look different. If you stretch, use a foam roller or train regularly, you probably pay closer attention to food too, and a varied diet stays the foundation.
This powder is a simple way to add a glass of greens. There are nine ingredients from plants and algae, with no sweeteners or flavourings. Take it between meals, cold as a green drink or warm in a mug. A pinch of salt and pepper works well if you like it savoury.
The recipe comes from Cosmoterra Ernährungsberatungs GmbH in Austria. The company was founded in the mid-1990s to give people clear, science-based nutrition advice, and its own range of food supplements grew out of that work.
Once a day between meals, stir one lightly heaped measuring scoop of FASZIEN-DETOX oral powder (= approx. 9 g) into ¼ litre of tap water and drink. FASZIEN-DETOX oral powder can be mixed with cold or warm water. FASZIEN-DETOX oral powder can also be seasoned with salt and pepper.

💬 Frequently asked questions
-
Can I drink it warm?+Yes. It can be mixed with cold or warm water. Stirred into warm water with a little salt and pepper, it turns into a savoury mug, rather like a vegetable broth. There is no added sugar or flavouring, so expect a vegetable character rather than a fruity one.
-
Where do the ingredients come from?+Every ingredient comes from plants or algae: bromelain is obtained from pineapple, papain from papaya, and the lecithin from sunflowers. It is also free from gluten and lactose.
-
How is it different from a typical greens powder?+Many greens blends list a long line of ingredients in small amounts. This one keeps to nine, and shows how much fresh spinach and broccoli the powders correspond to. It adds two enzymes with a stated activity plus sunflower lecithin, and there are no sweeteners or flavourings on the ingredient list.
-
Why the name FASZIEN-DETOX?+It is Cosmoterra's own product name ("Faszien" is German for fascia). The brand sees the powder as part of an active routine with stretching, foam rolling and a balanced diet. The daily glass of greens simply sits alongside that.
-
What does 0.22 BE mean?+BE stands for Broteinheit (bread unit), the carbohydrate counting unit used in Austria and Germany. One daily serving contains 0.22 BE. If you keep track of carbohydrates, this lets you add the drink to your daily plan.
