Question about item
A circle a day, the way Carl Jung kept his notebook
This brown leather notebook comes with a mandala already on the cover and 200 blank pages for your own drawings, notes and first thoughts of the day.
Between 1918 and 1919, the psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung sketched a small circular drawing in his notebook almost every morning, watching how it changed from day to day. He later called these drawings mandalas, from the Sanskrit word for "circle".
In Hindu and Buddhist traditions, mandalas are intricate circular images built outwards from the centre. This notebook is made by hand in India and reaches Europe through the wholesaler Ancient Wisdom.
