Colloids are not dietary supplements according to EU regulations and only for external application.

These colloids are made exclusively by proton resonance and not by electrolysis. Ich nehme die Magnesium Kapseln von Optiolex schon eine zeitlang ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Seither keine Krämpfe und Muskelzucken mehr. 1 Kapsel war zuwenig. Mit 2 Kapseln , manchmal 3 Kapseln am Tag verteilt, war es gut. Hab schon einiges ausprobiert, aber diese sind hilfreich

Dieses Glutaminpulver ist sehr gut verträglich. Mische ich in 250ml Wasser ein. Unterstützen mich bei meinen Unverträglichkeiten sehr. Auch Hericium Vitalpilz und Akazienfaserpulver haben meine Lebensqualität sehr verbessert.
