Colloids are not dietary supplements according to EU regulations and only for external use.

These colloids are produced exclusively by proton resonance and not by electrolysis. With the proton resonance, the source material is strongly aroused by its own resonance and then separated by a banishes process in the desired particle size and with desired load-directly into double distilled water or directly into a vegetable. Ich nehme die Magnesium Kapseln von Optiolex schon eine zeitlang ein und bin sehr zufrieden. Seither keine Krämpfe und Muskelzucken mehr. 1 Kapsel war zuwenig. Mit 2 Kapseln , manchmal 3 Kapseln am Tag verteilt, war es gut. Hab schon einiges ausprobiert, aber diese sind hilfreich
