Per day, at two sprays three times, you take in 474 mg thyme leaf extract, equivalent to 9.48 g thyme leaf. It adds 80 mg honey, propolis tincture with 4 mg propolis, and hedge mustard and chamomile flower extracts. Maltitol gives it a pleasant sweetness.

Propolis is the resin bees use to seal their hive. Hedge mustard is traditionally called singer's plant because singers used to value it. Espara makes the spray in Austria.
