Elderflower tea, eucalyptus and a touch of heat: many people know these plants from the home medicine cabinet for the cold season. Espara has put them together in one capsule.

The daily dose of four capsules provides 140 mg elderflower extract, 120 mg each of eucalyptus, yarrow, sorrel and rose hip extract, 100 mg fenugreek and 80 mg cayenne pepper extract. It adds the enzymes alpha-amylase, lipase and bromelain plus 231 mg calcium.

Bromelain is an enzyme from the pineapple stem. Amylase and lipase break down starch and fats. Espara makes the capsules vegan in Austria.
