The use of olive leaves has long been a tradition in the Mediterranean region. The leaves of the evergreen olive tree contain 98 valuable ingredients and are resilient. A main ingredient is the antioxidant oleuropein, which is also found in olive oil, but the concentration in the leaves is 3,000 times higher!
