Dietary supplement with 5-HTP Griffonia, hop flowers, and oat herb.
For human health, hop cones (Strobuli lupuli) are used. These are dried female flower clusters traditionally used as a mild sleep aid and calming agent. Known ingredients include bitter and resinous substances, essential oils, minerals, and flavonoids. Common oat or true oat (Avena sativa) is a plant species from the oat genus (Avena) in the grass family. The oat extract contains saponins, polyphenols, iron, manganese, zinc, and carotenoids. Oats contain tryptophan, which promotes melatonin production. Accordingly, it has a calming and sleep-promoting effect. The African black bean contains a natural amino acid called 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). This amino acid helps our brain cells produce sleep-promoting melatonin during the night hours.
Recommended intake
Take 2x 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid.
