The trace element iron, as the central atom of red blood cells, is one of the most important trace elements in the human body. Without iron, there is no oxygen transport; without oxygen in every single cell, there is no energy.
To optimally supply iron to the body, vitamin C is needed in addition to copper to improve the bioavailability of iron in the intestine. The B complex vitamins are equally essential for iron metabolism:
they serve the blood-forming cells in the bone marrow as tools for hemoglobin synthesis.

Recommended Use
Take one capsule in the morning with sufficient liquid (ideally with fruit juice containing vitamin C).
