Chakras - organs of your soul
Our many years of practice and experience in energy work and incense production have made it possible to find sensitive access to the “organs of our soul”, the chakras, using incense. Seven incense mixtures are available to you THE INDIGO CHAKRAS SERIES© - seven pearls of the INDIGO ENTERPRISES DUFTKUNST©. Explaining the function of the chakras in detail would go beyond the scope at this point. However, we are happy to provide important basic information about the seven main chakras to make it easier for people to gain valuable access to their own energy system.
The soul's inner garden
It is traditional in many cultures to view the human soul as a “garden”. It is a symbol of “the life of the soul”. This “garden” consists of different levels (the fine bodies) and is crossed by a network of fine channels (energy pathways). Through these subtle veins flows the divine spirit, the water of life force. At certain points, energy centers form in the form of vortices that rotate like colored wheels. This is where the name comes from: Chakra = Wheel. Through these centers, all of our fine bodies are in a mutual relationship with each other, starting from their origin on the etheric level.
Chakras - your connection to all that is
We all feel - if we consciously pay attention to it - this flow of energy within us, which spreads differentiatedly in our fine bodies. This is the beginning of perceiving our subtle energy system. The chakras can be assigned to individual tasks, feelings and advantages. They are gateways through which we as souls maintain connection to the physical world, and beyond that to “all that is.”

The chakra balancing
Give yourself enough time for your chakra smoking session (approx. 2 hours)
Prepare the room: flowers, candles, something to drink, writing and painting supplies... and whatever else you think is right for your well-being in a beautiful setting. Cleanse the room and yourself energetically with incense, e.g. with the Cleansing mixture, and then ventilate thoroughly.
Create a harmonious starting point, e.g. with the incense mixture Balance. Be clear about the goals of your session. Preferably in the form of an introspection, contemplation or meditation and note the result.
Now start with the chakra incenses and the 1st CHAKRA - ROOT CHAKRA.
Enjoy the scent, observe the smoke, feel your feelings, listen to your inner voice, perceive with all your inner and outer senses (=contemplation), it can be anything! Take notes, paint a picture of your perceptions, dance, move, ... it can be anything!
Do the same with chakra smudging 2-7, airing in between if necessary. Maybe you want to stay longer on one chakra, smoke the mixture again, that's completely fine.
Recommendation: Always smoke all 7 mixtures in the correct order during a session, this will ensure your energetic well-being and at the end
Do a grounding exercise of your choice, smoke the 1st mixture, the root chakra, again to anchor your roots firmly in the ground again. Maybe you would like to eat a little something, that also feels very good and has a good grounding effect... Make a summary of your experiences, perceptions and notes
1. CHAKRA: ROOT CHAKRA – Muladhara Chakra, Base Chakra
Color: Bright fiery red / Element: Earth / Symbol: 4-petaled lotus / Sense: smell / Body: spine, bones, teeth, anus, rectum, large intestine, rectum, prostate, blood and cell structure... / Glands: adrenal glands / Life forces: vitality, new beginnings, assertiveness, aggressiveness, survival, connection, sexual power, structure, stability, change, renewal - inner strength
Through the root chakra we are connected to the physical world - our rootedness. It directs fine cosmic energies to the physical earthly level and, as it were, absorbs the energies of “Mother Earth” - her love and patience. It is the “yes” to earthly life, the willingness to be in harmony with the power of the earth, to accept its gifts, to work through it and to learn from it. Here we find the source of our vital strength, feel connected to the earth and all its creatures, find contentment, nourishment, stability, security, protection, ...
2. CHAKRA: SACRAL CHAKRA – Svadhistana Chakra, Cross Chakra
Color: Orange / Element: Water / Symbol: 6-petaled lotus / Sense: Taste / Body: pelvis, reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, blood, lymph, digestive juices, sperm... / Glands: gonads, ovaries, testicles, prostate / Life forces: fertility, feeling, emotion, turning to you, partnership, desire, sexual power, sensuality, artistic feeling - our creativity
Through the second chakra we are connected to original feelings and emotions. It is the center of sexual power and the seat of our creative power. Water means life, it fertilizes and constantly creates new life. In this way we take part in the fertilizing and receiving energies of the entire creation process, which is expressed in and through us in the form of our feelings and creative actions. Water also cleanses, detoxifies, eliminates...not just physically...helps us to let go. As a result, we always experience life in a new way and enrich our own lives, as well as the lives of others, through our creativity.
3. CHAKRA: SOLAR CHAKRA – Manipura Chakra, Navel Chakra
Color: sunny yellow - golden yellow / Element: fire / Symbol: 10-petaled lotus / Sense: vision / Body: lower back, abdominal cavity, digestive system, stomach, liver, spleen, gallbladder, autonomic nervous system, the solar plexus,… / Glands: pancreas, (Liver, Spleen) / Life Forces: Warmth, strength, analysis, our perception, striving, recognition, growth, expansion, adaptation, willingness to act - seat of our personality
In the third chakra, several secondary chakras are combined to form a complex main chakra. Fire means light - warmth, joy, activity, expansion...Here we enter into an active relationship with the environment through our emotions. We feel sympathy, can orient ourselves socially, and meaningfully integrate the feelings and desires of our life experiences into a holistic mood, depending on how much light we allow. On the subtle levels, the light leads to the purification of our being. The yellow light increasingly transforms into the “golden light” of wisdom in order to achieve the greatest possible fulfillment in life on all levels.
4. CHAKRA: HEART CHAKRA – Anhata Chakra
Color: Green-pink to gold / Element: Air / Symbol: 12-petalled lotus / Sense: buttons / Body: heart, upper back, chest, lungs, blood circulation, skin / Glands: thymus gland / Life forces: emotional warmth, warmth, compassion, Generosity, contact, harmony – simply love
The heart chakra - the center. Here our physical-emotional powers connect with the mental-spiritual centers of our energetic system. The hexagon (2 interpenetrating triangles) clearly shows how the energies penetrate each other and unite in the heart center. The air element and the sense of touch indicate the mobility of the heart, “being in touch with things”. Being empathetic and compassionate with ourselves and other beings, perceiving the beauty of nature - the harmony of music and all arts is an ability of our heart, where images, words, sounds, scents,... are transformed into enriching feelings. This great potential for transformation and healing allows us to say “YES” to life and to all aspects of love: “If you are ready to allow love to enter your heart unconditionally, all things will come to you.” (Rebazar Tarzs – The Stranger by the River)
5. CHAKRA: THROAT CHAKRA – Vishuddha Chakra, Throat Chakra
Color: light blue / Element: ether / Symbol: 16-petaled lotus / Sense: hearing / Body: neck, neck, jaw, voice, trachea, bronchi, esophagus, arms... / Glands: thyroid / Life forces: communication, exchange, Knowledge, self-expression, sense of space and form, independence - source of inspiration
The throat chakra is the center of our human expression and communication. It serves as a kind of bridge between our thinking and feeling and we use it to express what “lives” within us. Our laughter and tears, feelings of love, fear and anger, our ideas and desires give us insight into our inner worlds. Words, sounds, representations, facial expressions and gestures take shape, which we pass on to the outside world. This chakra is considered a mediator of information on all levels via the ether. Through its formative powers, our creativity finds expression here. If we are open and listen with our inner ears, the indescribable vastness of creation opens up to us. Full of trust in our inner guidance, we receive inspiration and develop a secure feeling for the tasks of our lives.
6. CHAKRA: FOREHEAD CHAKRA – Ajna Chakra, Third Eye
Color: Indigo blue-violet / Symbol: 96-petalled lotus / Sense: the sixth sense, inner perception, knowledge of being / Body: face, eyes, ears, nose, sinuses, cerebellum, CNS,... / Glands: pituitary gland (master gland) / Life forces: Intellectual knowledge, inner connections, holistic thinking, inspired thinking, imagination, access to inner truths
As the seat of the higher spiritual powers, the process of conscious perception takes place in the sixth chakra. Here we find our intellectual ability to differentiate, our memory and our will as well as the control center of our CNS for the physical levels. The creation process begins when the resting being becomes aware of itself. A first subject-object relationship arises and thus the first duality. Every thought strives towards its realization and brings us close to the realization: “It is not our circumstances that create our condition, but our condition that determines our circumstances” (Paul Twitchell – The Flute of God). Through the development of our awareness, our third eye opens more and more and we gain access to the inner realities in the form of our dreams, through contemplation, through meditation, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and intuition. By trusting in divine guidance, we stand on the threshold of our CONSCIOUS BEING.
7. CHAKRA: CROWN CHAKRA – Sahasrara Chakra, Crown Chakra
Color: violet, white and gold / Symbol: 1000-petalled lotus / Sense: the 7th sense, direct perception as soul, pure being / Body: cerebrum / Glands: pineal gland / Life forces: introspection, dissolution of boundaries, the essential, Become one - through devotion.
As the opposite pole of the root chakra with its physical counterpart, this is the “place” where we are truly at home. This is where our journey through our physical life began and this is where we return at the end of our development. Here we experience ourselves as having become one with our divine origin, our source. What we previously grasped intellectually and later intuitively now achieves complete understanding. The knowledge we receive about the crown chakra goes far beyond the knowledge that we previously received about the third eye, because here we are no longer separated from the object of perception. As soon as the crown chakra is fully awakened, its task of absorbing cosmic energies is completed - it now sends out energies itself and forms a crown of pure light over the head. We are soul - a co-worker of God - May blessings be.
