Stress

"Stressors" such as pressure, time pressure, noise or physical strain, monotonous tasks or large gatherings of people affect our conscious or unconscious behavior. These stimuli may trigger motivation and activity in some of us, at other blockades or cause psychological/physical collapse. Accordingly, we distinguish between positive eustress and distress negative. In common parlance, the distress is meant by stress. Negative stress leads to a higher loss of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, and as a result to chronic acidification in the long term. Stress causes increased loss of alkaline electrolyte and thus reduces the resistance to stress.
