The mountains of Central Asia release in some places an asphalt-like substance, which - depending on the area - is called Shilajit, Mumijo, Barachshin or Maumasil. Shilajit is also known as the gold of the Himalayas. You could think of Shilajit as a stone, but it is of organic origin - the end product of countless years of natural degradation of plant residues, lichens and resins, rich in humic acids, especially fulvic acid, which is also present in the humus. This reflects the cycles of nature, of degradation and construction. Shilajit is a fascinating gift of creation, which in this form can only be found in special places in the Himalayas.

Recommendation for use
Consume 2x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
