Can I take it alongside collagen or MSM?+
Yes, the ingredients do not overlap. Hair Complex provides vitamins, trace elements and silica. Collagen is a protein made of amino acids, and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulphur compound. Neither is contained in Hair Complex.

What does “millet extract 10:1” mean?+
It means ten parts of millet go into one part of extract. The 250 mg of millet extract in a daily dose therefore come from around 2.5 g of millet, with the silica already contained in the extract.

Why take the capsules with a meal?+
Vitamin A is fat-soluble and is absorbed better alongside some food. Two capsules with breakfast or lunch and a glass of water fit easily into the day.

The single-nutrient products focus on one nutrient at a high level.
