Tryptophan, abbreviated Trp or W, is a proteinogenic α-amino acid in the L-form. It is one of the essential amino acids, so it cannot be formed by the human body and must be supplied with food.
Consumption recommendation
Daily, in the morning or in the evening, consume 1 capsule unchewed half an hour before or 2 hours after a meal with sufficient liquid.
