Question about item
The herbal trio your grandparents swore by – without the garlic smell in your kitchen
Garlic, mistletoe and hawthorn come together here in a single capsule, rounded out with vitamins B1, B2 and B12. You get all three time-honoured herbs – conveniently dosed, no chopping required.
Fresh garlic in the pan is one thing – the garlic breath afterwards is another. If you love the bulb but would rather skip the smell in daily life, you face a small dilemma. That is exactly what the capsule is for: you get garlic in a fixed daily amount, without smelly fingers and without a chopping board.
Each capsule combines garlic powder, mistletoe powder and hawthorn leaves with flower powder. Garlic stands out for its aromatic essential oil, whose main component is alliin – and the allicin that forms from it. Added to this are vitamins B1, B2 and B12, which serve defined functions in the body.
Behind the product stands Kräuterhaus Sanct Bernhard, which has worked with medicinal plants and plant extracts since 1903 and produces in Germany. Garlic, mistletoe and hawthorn are among its long-cherished classics – here brought together into one practical capsule.
Swallow 2-3 capsules 3 times a day with sufficient liquid.

What is allicin – and where does it come from?
Garlic naturally contains alliin. When the bulb is processed, allicin forms from it – the characteristic aroma and smell compound of garlic. The daily dose of 9 capsules provides 900 mg of garlic powder with 1.8 mg of allicin. The amounts are fixed and declared, so you get the same content in every jar.
Why combine three plants?
Garlic, mistletoe and hawthorn are traditionally named together in herbal lore. In this product they are combined as a standardised powder amount and rounded out with vitamins B1, B2 and B12. That way you cover all three herbs with a single daily routine.
