The golden-yellow crystals dissolve completely in the running water and release arnica extract and essential oils. Together with the warm water, the oils release their scent while the formula helps your skin retain its moisture.
The bath crystals are made by Kneipp GmbH in Würzburg, Made in Germany. The deep salt comes from the Luisenhall saltworks, extracted from the brine of a 250-million-year-old primeval sea.

📋 How to use
Fill the lid 3/4 full with bath crystals, add to the running bath water (36–38 °C) and let them dissolve completely. Ideal bathing time: 15–20 minutes. Enough for approx. 9–11 full baths.

Muscle Relaxation or Muscle Active?
Both baths contain arnica extract and are meant for days when your muscles have been put to work. The difference is the scent: Muscle Relaxation is warm and resinous with a citrus note, Muscle Active smells fresh with juniper.
