That is what Muscle Active is for. The bright red crystals dissolve completely in the running water and release juniper and rosemary oil and arnica extract. Together with the warm water, the bath warms your whole body, while the formula helps your skin retain its moisture.
The bath crystals are made by Kneipp GmbH in Würzburg, Made in Germany. Kneipp has been combining knowledge of water and plants since 1891. Alongside juniper and rosemary oil, the current formula also contains arnica flower extract.

📋 How to use
Fill the lid 3/4 full with bath crystals, add to the running bath water (36–38 °C) and let them dissolve completely. Ideal bathing time: 15–20 minutes. Enough for approx. 9–11 full baths.

Muscle Active or Muscle Relaxation?
Both baths are meant for days when your muscles have been put to work, and both contain arnica extract. The main difference is the scent: Muscle Active smells fresh and resinous with juniper, while Muscle Relaxation uses a different blend of essential oils. Keep both in the bathroom and you have variety in the tub.

The 720 g jar was a Kneipp promotional size with 20 % extra. The regular jar holds 600 g and is enough for approx. 9 to 11 full baths.

When is the best time for a Muscle Active bath?+
Many people take it after training, a hike or a physically demanding day. 15 to 20 minutes at 36 to 38 °C is ideal.

Will the red salt stain my bathtub?+
The crystals tint the water slightly red. Kneipp advises keeping them away from delicate objects. Simply give the tub a quick rinse after your bath.
