One capsule provides 105.5 mg proanthocyanidins (OPC) from grape seed and pine bark, 50 mg resveratrol, 1 mg lycopene from tomato and 20 mg vitamin C from acerola. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Espara obtains resveratrol from Japanese knotweed, which contains much more of it than grapes. The lycopene is micro-encapsulated. The capsules are made vegan in Austria.

What are OPC?
OPC stands for oligomeric proanthocyanidins. These plant compounds occur mainly in grape seeds, pine bark and the skin of dark fruit. They belong to the large group of polyphenols.
