Four capsules a day provide 300 mg calcium, 300 mg potassium, 151.6 mg magnesium, 5 mg zinc, 5 mg iron, 0.6 mg manganese, 30 µg selenium, 15 µg molybdenum and 20 mg sodium. Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure; iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The minerals come as carbonates, hydrogen carbonates, phosphates, citrates and gluconates, compounds with an alkaline effect. Content and dosage are identical to the 100-capsule tub; only the supply is twice as large. The capsules are vegan.
