Bitter flavours have almost vanished from our plates: vegetables have been bred milder and sweet things are everywhere. Herbal bitters, on the other hand, have a long tradition, as drops before a meal or a small sip afterwards.
Hepy Bitter brings together 20 herbs and spices from that tradition. Bitter herbs such as gentian, wormwood, horehound and calamus meet aromatic spices such as galangal, ginger, anise, fennel, coriander and cardamom, joined by milk thistle, dandelion, olive leaves and chanca piedra. The taste is strongly bitter with a warm, spicy note.
Dr. Wunder recommends the bitter as a companion when changing your diet, during fasting or wellbeing programmes, and for regular use. If you would like a capsule alongside the drops, the Hepy Liver Complex combines 24 nutrients and plant substances with choline.
