What does each nutrient actually contribute?
Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation and to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal cysteine synthesis. Folate and iron have a role in cell division, and iron also contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Why take it over several weeks?
Micronutrients do not act overnight – they work with regular intake over a longer period. A pack of 120 capsules lasts around two months at two capsules a day. Because the green tea extract supplies 7 mg of caffeine per daily dose, the morning and midday are better suited than the evening.
